Availability
All orders for Cherokee Uniforms and Rocker Shoes are
shipped directly from the manufacturer. Every effort
is made to list only items available. On occasion however,
demand for a product will exceed the quantity the manufacturer
has in stock. If you order an item that is currently
out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail that the
product is backordered, or unavailable. The e-mail will
contain your options as applicable to the particulars
of your case. Note: If you are using SPAM filters and/or
blockers, make sure that you can receive e-mails from
MedicalApparelOutlet.com so that e-mails such as these
will come through.
If your order contains both items that
are in-stock, and out of stock, we will ship the in-stock
items to you immediately and we will ship back ordered
items as soon as they become available.
Using
the Shopping Cart
When you see an item you'd like to purchase,
select the correct size, and color as needed then click
the "PayPal Add To Cart" button. This puts
one of that item in your shopping cart and opens the
Shopping Cart page in a new page, where you'll be able
to view the items you've added to your cart. You can
also change the quantity of each item you've selected
and remove items, if you want. From your cart, you can
either check out or close the window and continue shopping.
Note: We use PayPal's secure shopping
cart service. PayPal uses state of the art encryption
to assure your privacy. Your payment information is
not given to Medical Apparel Outlet and is coded with
the most sophisticated coding system allowed on the
Internet to protect your personal information.
When you are finished shopping and you're
ready to order, review your order on the Shopping Cart
page. When you are satisfied with your order, click
the "Checkout," and you're on your way to
completing your purchase for new Cherokee Uniforms.
Ordering
by Fax or Mail
Our secure online ordering process is the preferred
and quickest method for ordering, we understand that
there may be times when online ordering is not possible
or customers may simply prefer to order by fax, phone,
or regular post mail. When you know what items you'd
like to purchase, print out our Fax/Phone/Mail Order
Form and fill it out. Click

soon as we receive it. In order for us to send you Order
Confirmation and tracking information on your shipment,
please include your e-mail address on the Fax/Mail Order

Payment
Options & Information
Medical Apparel Outlet uses PayPal to process online
payments in real time. PayPal is the Internet's largest
and most trusted online payment service. PayPal accepts
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, E-Checks,
and PayPal accounts. When you use PayPal, Medical Apparel
Outlet does not receive your credit card, checking,
or PayPal account information.
When ordering by Fax or
Phone, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express
and Discover.
When ordering by Mail,
we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover,
Personal Checks, Business Checks, and Money Orders (please
allow five additional days for checks to clear).
Sales
Tax
Orders being shipped outside the state of South Carolina
are sold without sales tax being added. If your order
is being shipping within the state of South Carolina,
a 7.5% sales tax will be added to your order.
Order
Acceptance
There may be times when Medical Apparel Outlet is unable
to accept your order. The reasons vary and can be as
simple as an item(s) you ordered is no longer available,
or as complex as fraud / risk management. Please note
that Medical Apparel Outlet reserves the right, at our
sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any
reason. In all cases, you will be notified by e-mail
if we are unable to accept your order.
Order
Confirmation
When you provide us with an e-mail address, you will
an e-mail generated by PayPal confirming your order.
You will receive a second email once your order has
been shipped (usually the next business day); it is
at this time that you will be informed of any backordered
items and a UPS tracking number will be provided. This
UPS tracking number allows you to check the status of
your shipment within the UPS system. See our "Shipping
& Handling" page for more information on
this subject. If you are using SPAM filters and/or blockers,
make sure that you can receive e-mails from AllHeart.com
so that e-mail notices such as these will come through.
Change
/ Cancel Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please notify
us immediately by e-mail or our toll free telephone
number. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will
make the changes. If your order has already been shipped,
you will need to see our return policy information.
Colors
& Computer Monitors
We do our best to display the correct colors of the
Cherokee Uniforms. Please keep in mind that different
computer monitors may display colors in a different
way. We suggest that you always use the color coordinating
suggestions listed with each item to make sure items
do not clash.
